This is a comfortable venue with a great sound and the reserved seating was great. There is no bad seat there - you can see the band's really well.

Liked: The helpful staff; the intimate feel of the venue and the ability to see the band's so well.
Disliked: Ticket taker took our whole tickets so we had to go back with security to get them back before we could take our reserved seats.

Disliked: Security needs to enforce the Gold Circle reserved seating section better. Did a poor job of attempting to remove people from the barrier and aisles. Those of us that paid for front row seats had to deal with people standing in front of and next to us who had seats in rows way behind us! Security finally tried to get them to go back to their seats, but were ignored! Enforce it!

Liked: Great seating; great location. Security did their job well and kept people in the seats they paid for. Also kept intoxicated people under control or asked them to leave. Great crowd control. Staff upon entering was courteous, and staff serving food and drinks were courteous.
Disliked: Weather was hot but no one could control that. Would have prefered no smoking in the reserved seating area. It's no fun when other's smoke is going directly in your face, when you pay for good seats.

Liked: Great concert all around with the music and tags staff. Easy in and easy out.
