The hotel was very clean and quiet. I stayed 1 night with my husband and daughter. The room had 2 queen beds that were very comfortable. The decor was fresh and modern. The temperature of the room was easy to control and stayed comfortable. They have free wifi, no password needed. The bathroom was a decent size and very clean. They also offer breakfast, which we did not get up early enough to try. We were too comfortable in our beds! The front desk staff was very friendly and there were fresh hot cookies waiting for you as you checked in. I highly recommend this hotel! It was an easy 15 minute drive to Tioga Downs. And did I mention it was very clean!

Liked: Easy access to highway. Very friendly staff. Available parking. Clean and very comfortable. Typical breakfast. Sub-par coffee from the dispenser but oh well.
Disliked: No complaints.

The place is clean, but...
Liked: The place was clean.
Disliked: When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk had no record of our reservation even though I had a confirmation number and a copy of the email showing my booking information. The front called booking.com and told us that the confirmation number was not valid. A hotel manager intervened and found the reservation on a booking.com site. He upgraded us to a king jacuzzi room which was super nice. It was all downhill from there. Every night of our stay our key was disabled and we had to go to the front desk to have it activated. At night, the front desk is not staffed. Employees are in the back room and there's no way to get their attention - no bell to request service. So I had to return to the room and then call the front desk in order to get a response. The second day of our stay, when we returned to our room at 10PM, the room had not been cleaned - the bed was unmade and the trash was not emptied. However, the cleaning staff took the $5.00 tip anyway! Unbelievable! I immediately went to the front desk where the associate told me housekeeping ends at 4:00PM and she could do nothing. Breakfasts were boring - no variety - the same menu every day.
