Very clean and the room with a whirlpool was a great value for the price. Nice clean whirlpool as well, as was the room and the hotel itself. Nice breakfast too.

Pleasant staff; rooms were clean and comfortable; breakfast was also very nice. It was our second visit this summer to the Grand Victorian Inn. We booked it because our first trip was pleasant and nice. I'm sure we will be doing it again when racing returns to Tioga Downs.

Liked: The hotel was not bad. The common areas were clean , rooms were nice but the carpet is nasty in room. Pool and hot tub was good. Some of the staff was so nice and some were just short with you. The breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, breads,cereal and oatmeal (food was warm and plenty) . The only complaint I had was the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The shower was fabulous. The air conditioner was great. Black out curtains were a wonderful touch. (shower was best part) I would recommend this place to stay if you get it for a good price. I would stay again. ( the bed just needs a pillow top or pad. )
Disliked: The bed was hard and uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep much! But it was clean.

Disliked: Other guests closing their doors with a loud bang. I was told at check in the lounge would be closed Sunday and Monday so I eent yo local eateries for lunch dinner . Monday I went to take advantage of the offering of breakfast.Cold soggy eggs in clumps cold sausage linksNo pastries available no ice available for juices. Nextbtrip i will fore go breakfast. No working phone in the room and being told lounge would be closed, intook my guests out to eat, came back around 7 and the lounge was open for business
