Excellent venue and even purchased tickets for another show for 2019. Looking forward to going again!
Liked: Loved the venue and the intimacy of the concert. Staff was welcoming and pleasant and seemed to be happy to be there.
Disliked: Not one thing!

The Independent is an all around awesome little venue. It wasn't too overcrowded even with a sold out show and exceeded my expectations sound wise. I would highly recommend going to a concert here.
Liked: Perfect size, great location, and easy to find.

Loved the venue and sound was fantastic for Firekid and Kaleo. It was nice that although the venue is advertised as "Standing Room Only" there was actually "some seating." It was a blessing for me as I am "Vertically Challenged" and have a hard time seeing the musician at concerts that are standing room only, because so many are taller than me. Loved that I got there timely and there was limited seating that I was able to snag. Loved the show. Staff was great. I'll be back for another show. Of this I know is true!
Liked: Venue size was really nice.
Disliked: More optional seating needed.
