Hyatt Place San Francisco Downtown

Spring break family trip.

Liked: Location location location. 3 min walk to the Giants game was super convenient. Beds were very comfy, even the couch was comfy for my son.
Disliked: It was a little pricey. Also there were rude customers of the restaurant that caused a bit of a scene at the entrance to the hotel. They refused to leave and hotel employees were unable to get them to leave. Thankfully they left on their own after a few minutes. Not really the hotels fault.

Will not stay here again.

Liked: Friendly staff, clean, good location.
Disliked: Beds weren’t very comfortable. The only parking was self parking for $80 a night which I found ridiculous. Could have used some more things in the room (water, q-tips, lotion).

Good value for money

Liked: Convenient location, no hidden costs (like destination fee), clean, comfy bed - slept like a baby
Disliked: I was expecting nice view, but my window was facing the wall

Very good

Liked: The location was perfect, as first time visitors to San Francisco it was super easy and quick to navigate from the hotel base. Staff were super friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was a great start to every busy day.
Disliked: The room was quite compact, and the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. And it was a shame there was no where for an evening meal.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was so nice, super friendly. The garage door broke and they gave us complimentary breakfast. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The shower is excellent. They also let us check in early.
Disliked: There's nothing I didn't like!
