Family vacation

Liked: Outstanding location one block away from Union Square. Very nice and comfortable room. Parking was in a separate building but next door to the hotel, and the extra price was worth it because parking is nearly impossible on the street

Top family place to enjoyyyy...

Liked: Everything !!!! Place ! Place ! Place ! Better price for room of 4 ! The vue from our room on the bay and coit tower… and the professionnal staff always a kind word and always available !
Disliked: The restaurant close too early. The breakfast buffet is huge… but not as good as the riu ! But you have 2 starbucks in the road, perfect !

Pleasant stay in a clean,...

Liked: The location was good, the hotel was clean, staff were friendly and the room and views from it were very good. Amenities were good including a reasonably equipped gym.
Disliked: Very disappointed about the destination fee. This was an additional $30 cost per day which was mandatory but could be used to offset the cost of drinks, food and some tours. It wasn't at all clear from the Booking.com website that this was payable. It was also unclear from the explanation at hotel reception that this was an additional charge regardless of whether we chose to offset this against food or drinks. Essentially this was an additional $270 we hadn't accounted for (over 9 nights).

Highly recommended.

Liked: Location is very near Union Square and Bart/Muni/Bus stations. Room was big and clean. It is just across our favorite diner Lori's. Surroundings are well lighted. Front office staff as well as lobby doormen are always ready to assist.
Disliked: Nothing
