It's okay but won't stay...

Liked: The hotel was modern, super clean and quiet, the staffs in the hotel were friendly and supportive. Love the room and the view.
Disliked: Parking is a nightmare, understandably this is San Francisco but the hotel has no offer to make it a better experience. No instructions beforehand, no signs to indicate where to park, valet guy was a little annoyed if you don't want to use their service. We booked 2 rooms and can't go to each other's room without exchanging our room keys because the elevator won't let you go to their floor if you don't have the right room key. Maybe it's just San Francisco and probably other hotels are the same in the area.
