Decent hotel, a bit expensive...

Liked: Friendly staff, nice gym
Disliked: Location honestly isn't great, quite close to the Tenderloin

Liked: Very central, great services and friendly staff.
Disliked: Little noisy at night as not rhe best windows. Breakfast starts only at 8am!

Liked: The bathroom was super clean and modern. The room was perfect for a one night stay and at a good price. The valet parking was easy to understand and we were able to Uber everywhere knowing my car was safe.
Disliked: Street outside was a little noisy at night with sirens and some arguing but that's honestly expected for going to the city. The window blocked out most of the noise.

Liked: Location was the best for the money spent. Staff was very friendly, Francisco was helpful, and Claudia helped to make sure my birthday was memorable.

Liked: To me, it is rare to have a microwave in the room. I loved it!! The room had everything I needed and it was such a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The staff are warm and helpful. The location is also very convenient and near to the pickup points for the major bus tours. Loved having CVS and many restaurants nearby.
Disliked: The colling/heating unit can be a little noisy but works just fine. We were on a floor that had wooden floor boards and these can creak quite loudly. Was told by staff that higher floors would have concrete floors (no creaking).

Disliked: The room was very small. The cleanliness of the room could have been much better. The bath was peeling. We only had 1 large towel in our room in day 1. The general feel of the hotel was it needed some refurbishment, was a bit tired!!
