Liked: The music and musicians.
Disliked: Smart Financial Center security. My wife had to hide away her 4 by 6 inch, clear bag because it wasn't 4 by 6. This stuff at concert halls has to go.

My son and I attended The Nutcracker and the venue was fantastic! Would definitely drive to the Smart Financial Center again.

Great venue. Highly recommend.
Liked: Organized; friendly staff; well laid out; comfortable chairs; cup holders; no line at restroom.
Disliked: Seating too close together; no shoulder room.

Prepare for long lines to park, for concessions, to enter venue, to get to your seat, and especially exiting the seating areas.
Liked: The venue was very nice. Every seat appeared to have a good view of the performance. Personnel was professional.
Disliked: Everyone exiting could be overheard commenting on how dangerous it was having only one exit for three floors. In the event of an emergency exit, lives will be lost. No restrooms on the third level is very inconvenient. Parking needs improvment. It was time consuming getting into and out of parking lot.
