Hyatt Place Houston Sugar Land

The Hyatt Place is not near anything. Will do as we always do in the future. Book at the Marriott early. Near restaurants and nice.

Liked: The room.
Disliked: The people working there. Mr. J at the front desk just left without confirming when our room was ready. The other front desk guy had a conscience. Lady at the same desk in the morning was rude.

Not sure I'll be back.

Liked: Nice shower. Comfortable bed. Clean.
Disliked: Completely unimpressed with staff at check-in and check-out. Unfriendly; no personality. Neither seemed like they cared about their job or if I was happy. Also the couch in my room was worn out.

Convenient location set off the main street which made the stay much more pleasant.

Liked: Spacious rooms.
Disliked: Nothing.

Clean nice rooms bad service...

Liked: the size of the room and the room was very clean
Disliked: There was no water for a few hours and when I called about toiletries it took 3 times to get someone and the only option was to go to the front desk to pick the item up they would not bring it to the room.
