Resend it stay

Liked: My experience there last night was horrible it was the worst $66 I ever spent
Disliked: The room was raggedy I called the office I asked another one toilet wasn't working for the sink leaking

Disliked: I would like to know why your customer service desk was closed at 7:40 in the morning when people were trying to check out. I have never in all my years of traveling experienced the lobby desk being close without some sort of note saying when they would open again and having an option for you to turn in your keys to check out. It was disappointing to hear employees talking behind the metal window but yet there was no one to assist your clientele.
