Disliked: in the room we stayed there AC was running continuously, and the controls switch wasn’t working at all , we called to front desk and they replied that if you want turn off the AC just unplug, when we try to find the plug , we couldn’t find. we were so tired after a long day so we just used blankets to cover ourselves and sleep . but it was a coldest night for us .

Disliked: Customer service lacked in helping out what needed to be done. had to continually call for help. No room service when needed. Had to reserve when service could be done.
