I have been to two concerts there and loved both of them. The venue is amazing and sound quality is very good.
Liked: Finger Eleven was so good! The Palace has excellent sound and a great venue overall.
Disliked: Did not open the upstairs to watch the band.

Definitely need to figure out a better system at the doors. Waited over an hour in line just to go through the ticket tent and wait in another line. Missed half the first act!
Liked: Good venue for the show.
Disliked: Terrible set up to let people in. Got there half an hour before doors open and it took over an hour to get in - missed most of the first band.
