Liked: The show. James Muir - hysterical. Great staff; comfy seating.

This was our first time in Hershey and the Hershey Theater -- we were here for the Brian Wilson concert and it is a perfect venue!
Liked: Beautiful theater; very well staffed and great acoustics.

Liked: The theatre was beautiful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking was just across the street and very convenient.
Disliked: Since it is an old theater it is not handicapped accessible. This wasn't a problem for me as we had seats in the orchestra.

Clean and people were friendly and willing to help; the theater was within walking distance of our hotel (Days Inn-Hershey).

We had great seats. The place we purchased our tickets from (started with TicketMaster, ended up with Metro) charged too much service charge and delivery fee. I think the tickets were something like $86 and cost ended up to be something like $150.
Disliked: It got very hot inside the theater.

We saw the Fresh Beat Band and it was amazing. I loved that the staff was so willing to help us find our seats and let us know where the restrooms were right away. I had a 3 year old with me. The venue itself was great!
Liked: Very clean and very nice building!
Disliked: A little on the small side for how many people could fit.
