It is no frills, inexpensive but in a lovely and quiet, safe residential neighborhood. The proprietors were very nice. Breakfast was basic but sufficient; for a low cost, last minute reservation I couldn't have asked for more.

Liked: Very clean; very friendly; quiet and safe.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The staff was very friendly. Room was extremely clean.
Disliked: The TV came on but could not get it to play anything it was like it was locked. You get what you pay for. Bed was hard.

Disliked: 1 out of 3 rooms had heat, hot water took while to get warm. Bed was so-so. Our key cards were giving us trouble too.

Pleasant

Liked: It was close to everything and had a nice hot shower. The owner tried hard to communicate even during his own personal emergency. He was very kind.
Disliked: The room smelled. Coffee pot in the room but no coffee. Breakfast was advertised, but no breakfast. Awful soap, only shampoo, no conditioner. The owner had an emergency, and I totally understand that, but the people who were left in charge had no idea what was going on.I guess they are more attuned during peak seasons. The whole reason we stayed there was because my husband stayed there before and had a great experience. (And breakfast) But not this time.
