Liked: The staff was so friendly and helpful! I took my toddler niece to Hersheypark for her first time & the front desk workers were so kind to her. The pool was wonderful and the location is great.
Disliked: My only concern was there was quite a bit of mold growing on the drywall ceiling of the shower. I hadn’t noticed until we were checking out so I did not have the chance to notify the hotel and totally understand some things are easily overlooked.

Disliked: No microwave in the room although there was one at the main lobby area. No scrambled eggs or bacon or meat selection for breakfast

Disliked: There was dirt and plastic-feeling pieces all over the floor and left my white socks completely black. The place looked clean, but was not.
