Amazing staff and hotel. They were so accommodating to us and my dog. It's hard to find dog friendly hotels and we were there coincidentally the same weekend as a dog grooming convention so all the animals were treated like royalty, including my senior dog who wasn’t a part of the convention. It’s the little things that make being away from home easier and relaxing.

Liked: Everything was perfect! Pet friendly; complimentary coffee and breakfast; the friendliest staff and the comfiest bed. I can’t wait to come back!

Disliked: The room was a bit small but we had a pack n play we had to set up. I believe the online pictures had a picture of a bathtub but we only had a shower.

Clean and Comfortable modern hotel

Liked: We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Cute lobby where people could hang out. Checking in/out, we were met with friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good, as well as the 24 hr complimentary coffee/tea station. The rooms were very clean! And about 3 mins to the park. We’ve tried a bunch of hotels in the area when we don’t feel like spending the $ at Hershey properties and I think we found our go to. This one has been the best so far
Disliked: It was a little odd that it seemed to be in the middle of a residential development but I wouldn’t necessarily say it was a bad thing.

Liked: Location. Not a busy street and quiet area.
Disliked: There was a group of six or seven individuals that were down in the lobby all day. “ anytime I went down to leave or go swimming with my kid”. That were openly drinking a handle of Tito’s vodka, being loud, messy and eating a feast in the lobby area! This I had a bit of an issue with I get a little corner and eat silently dinner but the way they were acting was as if they them selves were children with no adult supervision!
