Liked: We love the cleanliness and the location of the hotel. It is convenient and perfect for what we needed for a trip to Hershey Park.The complimentary breakfast was a bonus!

Liked: I'm not sure how to rate this place. I was ready with a five star review despite a few small cons, but the morning before departure we pre-packed the car with some items we were done with- we were not checked out - and they entered the room to clean it at 9am with us still inside. No knock, just walked right in. Accidents happen, but the room was ours until 11 and it was completely uncomfortable. We had a long drive ahead and planned to hang out and wash up before hitting the road at 11. The invasion of privacy made us feel like they were watching us (my husband and son left to get something from the car and they assumed we all left the room as they'd watched us take a few trips to the car). They entered within 30 seconds of them leaving the room. They also emailed and messaged 3 times asking for a checkout time. I understand they want to turn the room over, but we paid $450 for two nights and the room was still ours.Original cons-Walls / uncarpeted floors are paper thin and other guests were very loud at 6am both mornings. Stairwell door slamming was unpleasant at that hour.Had to ask for clean towels as they didn't give us enough initially for the amount of people we are. I felt they thought I was going to steal the towels when I asked for more, but we simply wanted to shower again and the two towels initially provided the first day weren't enough for 5 people for two days.BreakfastThe coffee is awful (that alone I considered docking a star). They had a machine that produced disgusting coffee and the. A hot pot with more coffee that was also not good but seemed different? If you like cappuccino and hot chocolate they have a machine for that which is probably good. Make your own waffles was great. Other items included a small assortment that was fine: yogurts, juice, cereal, little bites (unpackaged), tiny donuts, bananas, eggs and sausage.RoomLarge and clean. We booked a room with two queen beds and a bunk bed.

Liked: Checked in Friday and out on Sunday. Room was never cleaned. Actually, never saw a maid on the property at all!

Disliked: I noticed that all throughout the hotel there were signs posted stating to respect the hours after 10pm to 6am.What a joke that was. We didn't get ANY SLEEP AT ALL due to loud slamming of doors and even louder conversations and yelling from 12:30am till 5:30 am. When I approached the front desk manager about it his response was that he could not control all the excessive noise due to guest returning from a concert. I was extremely disappointed in his lame excuse and offered no apologies or discount for our complete lack of rest and sleep all night. Pretty shameful!!I will never return to that hotel again and will tell ALL my family and friends and associates NEVER to lodge there unless they want to pull an all nighter and get zero sleep!!!!
