Hampton Inn By Hilton And Suites Hershey Near The Park

This hotel was one of the best ones I have ever stayed at. It was extremely clean, and the color choice was gorgeous. The pool and jacuzzi were a delight and the staff went over and above. The room was perfect with a nice sitting area prior to the bedroom, a bar area, refrigerator and coffee machine. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a hotel in the Hershey area.

Disliked: Nothing.

Clean and comfy. Staff was kind and informative. The breakfast buffet was good and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Great location for Hershey attractions, especially Giant Center which is why we were in town.

Lack of Basic Facilities

Liked: Breakfast
Disliked: Noise from other guests especially constant stomping sounds from other rooms, lack of basic facilities like microwave in our suite and it’s awkward that we had to use microwave in the staffs’ office while paying almost $400/night.

Liked: Location was perfectly close to Hershey Park
Disliked: Carpet and living room furniture looked dingy.-definitely needs to be cleaned and or replaced. Showerhead in bathroom was too high to reach. I am 5 foot zero and could not reach the showerhead. The room smelled like pot, when I called the front desk they said “thank you for letting me know. “

Liked: I liked the close location to restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: The breakfast was not stocked well - no fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, creamer, etc on the first day. Afterwards the eggs were not cooked well.
