Easy to locate; no parking fee.

Liked: Quick entry and pleasant staff.
Disliked: Cost of food.

We had floor seating and it was very uncomfortable and cramped. It was hard to enjoy our evening when we had no room to move at all. Everything else was good. Just not sure if we will be paying money to see a concert there again and have to be so uncomfortable.

Liked: Staff was very helpful.
Disliked: Seating was very cramped.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Venue was clean - kept clean constantly during the 4 hours we were there. Well taken care of. Everything moved quickly getting in; we were personally shown to our seats....just a great experience!

I was VERY disappointed in the new Ford Center. The seating is very cramped. I am 6'4' and it was VERY uncomfortable.

Liked: Clean but still new
Disliked: Cramped seating for tall people

This center lacks parking and easy access from vehicle. The center lacked big screen availablitity for people who had to buy the cheaper seats. It seemed to not be a very large center that would be able to host big ticket events.

Liked: Bathrooms were clean
Disliked: No parking or easy access.
