Yall need to be aware...

Liked: The rooms are very nice.
Disliked: The staff was extremely rude. The room I booked on your site was not the room that they put me in and when I called to ask about it they dismissed me and didn’t address the situation until I continued to press it and they didn’t offer any type of solution or even apologize for it!

We will recommend this hotel...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent! The room was spacious, and the bed was most comfortable. We certainly enjoyed the location close to the Ohio River.

I won’t be back!

Disliked: The microwave and refrigerator area was Dirty. The floor was fully vacuumed, the bathroom was dirty and not cleaned properly!

Dirty and Stinks

Liked: Bed was great. Location awesome.
Disliked: Room smelled like wet dog. Let staff come smell it. Was told it was a normal smell from a/c unit. No way! Offered another room but said it smelled the same. Air wasn't even on or fan when I got to room. Bathtub had previous people's hair all in it. Had to rinse and clean before showering. Not what I expected for 200 dollars. Could've gotten same at motel 6. Will not stay here again.

Liked: Breakfast had many options and I loved that it was on the river with walkways, benches, playground area.

Great food and view

Liked: I loved the breakfast and The bed was so soft!! The view was pretty great also.
Disliked: The staff... no one was friendly!
