Hyatt Place Evansville/Downtown

I would give a 5 star review - very roomy and clean. Staff was very pleasant as well. Breakfast was awesome - there were lots of options for people on dietary restrictions.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast hours if I had to pick a negative.

Liked: Lobby smelled good, looked clean and check-in was easy. The room was nice and spacious, very modern, shower had good pressure, pool was clean, not overly chlorinated and was warm for an indoor pool. Everything worked, no "Out Of Order" signs anywhere. The fitness room was big and machines worked, even had a set of free weights. I would recommend anyone coming to the area to visit. Good job Hyatt!
Disliked: Parking was a little different, but was not a problem.

Liked: Location is within walking distance to food and drinks .
Disliked: Sticky food residue on tables and dresser , which I found strange because the sinks and bathroom were clean . No fault of theirs , but power went out around 6:30 am and they had to shut down the breakfast before we all could eat .

Nice property, would stay again...

Liked: The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast included was good! The fitness facility was a nice size and the shower in the room had excellent water pressure! The location was convenient to downtown, and although some roads were closed due to recent flooding issues, it did not hinder the stay.
