We were just in town overnight. Just needed a place to sleep. Room was very clean and neat. Bed was very comfortable. Only complaint is that we were in room 115 which was directly across the hall from an entrance and we heard a lot of foot traffic through the night. Other than that it was a great stay.

Liked: The rooms were very nice as well as clean. The facility was clean and it was truly a nice stay.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't very good, I had hoped that there would be more than a waffle, cereal and muffins.

Liked: Staff was friendly. Good breakfast options. Close to everything
Disliked: Room was not the cleanest. Shower had no pressure. We didn't have washcloths and hand towels when we arrived and had to ask for them.

Horrendous Hotel on 1st Ave...

Liked: At first we liked being at the end of the hall by an accessible door and that we were close to our storage unit and family/friends.
Disliked: We did not like the lack of attendance to our malfunctioning toilet, which was reported to staff via verbal request and I was charged for the mess after the stay even though we asked for maintenance. Morning cleaning staff was rude and intrusive. Security was extremely rude and seemed to pick on us/,target us despite that we keep to ourselves. We left a few days early to escape this hell hotel and I ended up paying for another room elsewhere while I tried to cancel the last 3 nights of our stay. ZERO out of NO stars, DO NOT STAY HERE!
