Awesome venue; perfect size. No fancy lighting or stage props - don't know if that's the venue or the actual performer (saw Chris Stapleton). Looking forward to seeing more shows here!

I took my ten year old daughter to see Meghan Trainor. It was a fabulous experience! I could not have asked for a better "first concert" for my child. The concert was perfect, the people were kind and the El Rey Theater was delightful! I LOVED the small venue. It made for the perfect evening. Thank you!

Liked: Every single other thing!
Disliked: It was a little hot with all the people bunched up together.

The El Rey was a great place to see my fave artist perform. I had no trouble getting to the front near the stage. The décor was great and again the acoustics in the room were awesome. I would attend again, no problem.

Liked: The sound is great!

I looked on their website before buying tickets. Nowhere on their website does it say there is no seating. I will not return to this theater unless they do put in seating.

Liked: Very nice decor, except for NO seating.
Disliked: NO seating.
