The hotel is great fun, but the room itself sucked. Try to request a newly renovated room upon booking.

Liked: Great staff (shout out to Antoine at Public Bar); good music at pool; nice lobby; late checkout 12:30.
Disliked: Room lighting is terrible; room had a weird smell; awful picture above bed of a junked out rocker type; very expensive room service; thin walls.

Liked: The location was great as we could walk outside and go directly to see the walk of the stars and other attractions.
Disliked: We absolutely hated the small room and although the beds were comfortable, we kept stubbing our toes on the corners of the bed and it hurt our toes several times and pissed us off. We eventually had to put our backpacks in front of each of the 2 center end corners of the bed to save our toes. Ridiculous!!!!!

Liked: The location is great.
Disliked: They forgot to clean our room, the bathroom is very small and with issues such as leaks. The towels are old, the mattress is zero confortable. The remote control didn’t work.

Liked: The room and bed were very comfortable and well appointed. Excellent location if you want to be near all the action on Hollywood Boulevard.
Disliked: Hotel food options were not great and were expensive. Valet parking was expensive.

Liked: Centrally located too many great restaurants, and activities
Disliked: I wish there were coffee machines in the rooms. I had to walk down to the restaurant attached to get a coffee.
