The hotel is great fun, but the room itself sucked. Try to request a newly renovated room upon booking.
Liked: Great staff (shout out to Antoine at Public Bar); good music at pool; nice lobby; late checkout 12:30.
Disliked: Room lighting is terrible; room had a weird smell; awful picture above bed of a junked out rocker type; very expensive room service; thin walls.

Liked: Great location. Plenty to do close to hotel. My kids and I loved the pool.

no hospitality not worth it....
Liked: I liked the location of hotel. Wasn?t able to check out pool area as it was closed for COVID but it looked nice.
Disliked: Where do I start. Upon check in noticed front desk girl wearing gloves, very unsanitary as she didn?t change gloves after checking someone in and then us, touched all their credit cards ID AND THEN OURS WITH SAME GLOVES AND ON AND ON. Staff should be washing hands or sanitizing after each guest encounter. Moving on, Went to grab some food before heading out for the day at the hotel restaurant. FD girl said it was open for dine-in. When we arrived, there was no server, we waited 15 min and no one ever came out. We decided to leave and asked front desk where we might find something to eat other than the hotel restaurant, with a smirk she suggested coffee bean as if we didn?t want to pay to eat at hotel... there was no one there to serve us. Despite this we still tried the restaurant the next morning.. it was pleasant. Our room was not the nicest and had a view of construction. I?m sure there was nicer rooms but this one is what we got. It had a nice velvet couch in front of bed.. upon closer inspection, it was very dirty and stained. When driving into hotel valet informed us it was free self parking during COVID, we were happy to hear this and parked, we booked another night and went through procedure at front desk, once home I see they charged me for valet. I called and asked, more so for the principle, as I was told it was free parking. The same girl who checked us in answered and said the policy may have changed over night?? I asked her why wasn?t informed when booking my second night. She didn?t have an answer but said she?d have a manger call back. I never got a call back. I guess they think I was over reacting? Or they just don?t care.

Liked: I liked the room and the staff.
Disliked: There was no tissue paper or microwave in the room we paid 500 for one night and couldn?t eat our food because we couldn?t warm it up in a microwave on top of the microwave being delivered would?ve cost 30 dollars

Disliked: Was my stay-cation I only live a few blocks away. I have been many times. I enjoy the Pool which was not operating during this stay. I usually have a nicer larger room with a view. Not this time. Not as clean or large as my usual rooms and the place was empty. They could have put me in a nicer cleaner room.
