Very good

Liked: Room was beautiful. Facilities were all there, fridge, hair dryer , TV. Rooftop for breakfast with a view was my highlight, the food was the best food we had whilst in the U.S .
Disliked: I thought I was getting a view from my balcony but because I had a Bronze view, it was just the tops of surrounding buildings. No view at all so wasn't pleasant to sit on balcony, which we did not use at all. Also didnt like the masses of club goers out the front all the time.

Liked: Location in Hollywood.
Disliked: No place to drive up and park. Only valet parking on extremely congested narrow street.

Not for business travelers

Liked: Nice facilities. However, not even a desk in the room. Just a bed and nightstand.
Disliked: The property is definitely not for professional business travelers (noise, no business center,…)

Liked: It was so central to everything! The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
Disliked: We had minor issues with the restaurant being cashless

Liked: I was received well at the property, they offered a wine glass!
Disliked: My room was nothing like the picture. The room 317 felt like a dungeon, with half of the window blocked by a wall. There is a nightclub next door, so I wasn’t able to sleep until they stopped the music late in the night. The security guard at night told me it’s a very dangerous location and I shouldn’t walk alone at night in this area. They were understaffed, dining in their restaurants took always a long time. When I left the hotel, instead ordering my car to the vallet in the moment of the check out, they left me waiting for 30 minutes in the reception e would not answer the text messages (that’s how I was instructed to request my car).
