Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The concert was wonderful but the knowledge of the staff is very inconsistent.
Disliked: I was upset with the assistance for my handicapped niece. We took a Lyft and they were not allowed to drop us off in an easy location. The sign said pick up and drop off but we were told no, we could not. Then we were led to the handicapped entrance but only one person was allowed to enter with her which kind of defeated the purpose of convenience for her because she had to wait for the rest of us to go through a line and join her. The usher to our seats was not very helpful. I understand I ordered the tickets without indicating handicapped seating but I feel the usher could have assisted in the closest way to get to our seats since she looked at our tickets and saw where we were seated. She said there are alot of steps but looking at our tickets she could have told us to go to other entrance to be closer. Instead we had to climb over a lot of people since our seats were on the last six seats in the aisle. Then when the concert was over a different usher informed us that my niece could have sat in a chair at bottom of stairs. I have been to a lot of venues and the staff here seemed uninformed or just unconcerned.

Liked: Our seats were good and the lines at concessions were short.
Disliked: None.

I understand security is just doing their jobs but maybe they should be a little more informed on who/what is performing. That way when they see fans wearing band merch that has some strong language they won't throw such a fit.
Liked: The concert was AMAZING.
Disliked: Security is a little too dramatic.
Brittany, Mason City
It was an amazing experience. I would definitely do that again!
Liked: Everything.
Disliked: None.

CenturyLink Center is great.
Liked: Great acoustics, great location, great ushers, etc.
Disliked: Very poor ADA seating. They were mixed into the crowd and could not see the event except on TV screens. This needs to be improved.

Stayed at the Courtyard Omaha downtown; perfect location with easy walk to the Centurylink Center. Elton John performed flawlessly and rocked the house with good ole Elton Classics. Absolutely amazing show, in a very nice setting. The concert was one to remember for a very long time, and the Centurylink staff was very helpful; facilities were clean and nice!
Liked: Amazing evening with Elton John.
Cynthia, Grand Island
Good accomodations. Excellent food. Pleasant staff. The only problem is that it was pretty cold inside the hall and I had to put my coat on.
Rhonda, Iowa City
Liked: Excellent location.
Disliked: Have none.

While at a Health Conference my wallet was taken from my purse. I was the only attendee in the room with the Qwest center cleaning crew, as it was the lunch break. I did leave my purse unattended for a few min. Never again.
Disliked: Wallet taken
