Passable
Liked: We did not use any of the facilities other than our room and parking. The first impression when we got there was not good because the entrances to the elevators where very dirty and the doors were damaged and if the cost for the parking is to keep it in good condition someone has dropped the ball. Your site states available parking but does not state it costs an additional $30 a night.
Disliked: The cleaning of the room was not horrible but it was definitely not top notch. The beds were very clean and fresh. The comfort of them were definitely the best we have had at anywhere we have stay.

Liked: Jaiden at the front desk was awesome!!! Amazing sense of courtesy, very professional and great sense of humor. Definitely a great employee in my wife and my opinion!!!!
Disliked: The only complaint i had was very quickly resolved by the front desk. The blanket on our bed had multiple brown stains embedded in the layers when I texted the desk they sent someone up in about 30 or so minutes and changed it and remade the bed. 5☆ to them as well for correcting the situation in such a prompt and timely manner

Liked: Across the street from the venue which was perfect.
Disliked: Checked in at 3pm like I was told. Waited 2 HOURS for a room. Was there for a concert and had to get ready in the lobby because I had to be at VIP at 5pm. We finally got a room 5 mins before I was due at VIP. We had to rush and drop our stuff off and then run over to the venue otherwise I forfeited my VIP status. Awful experience. Would not recommend this place as others have said they’ve had this problem in the past as well.

Disliked: BEDDING HAD PINK STICKY STUFF ON IT , ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN, FRONT CLERK WAS RUDE, AND SPOKE TO ME IN A CONDESCENDING WAY, BROUGHT NEW BEDDING AND JUST DROPPED IT OFF EXPECTING US TO MAKE THE NEW BED , THE OTHER ROOM WE RENTED HAD AN AWFUL SMELL, VERY DISAPPOINTING FOR SUCH A WELL A NICE HOTEL

Superb
Liked: We stayed here for the recent Tyler Childers concert at the event center across the street. Getting into the hotel lot took some time, and parking was at first very confusing. It took about a half hour to get checked in. Otherwise, the rooms were great. The hotel did a good job at accommodating the large influx of people after the concert. Now that we know how the parking, etc, works, we'd definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The parking situation was very confusing. It wouls have been nice to have an attendant telling us what our options were when we first arrived, or to have that information in an email before we arrived.
