Liked: From the time I checked in to the checkout, everyone was friendly and accomodating and the hotel was beautiful. The margaritas were pretty good too!
Disliked: Nothing that I can think of.

Afternoon staff OK. The night staff was super nice and helpful.

Liked: The mirrors were cool.
Disliked: Hair in the already made beds - both beds had hair in them and it was not mine.

Liked: Check-in went quickly and parking was available. The rooms were clean, the pool was good.
Disliked: I was told the shuttle was only for the airport. But I saw it dropping people off at the zoo the next day.

Liked: My family and I stayed at this hotel for the weekend because my partner was playing with his band at one of their local bars. It was a great central hotel only 10-15 minutes from the city center but even in walking distance there is plenty to see/do. The pool was a great size for my 5-year-old and adequately stocked with towels. the rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable. I loved the blue tooth mirrors. it's fun to shower and get ready with music and it not just be from your phone.
Disliked: A little snafu at check-in. My sister and I have the same last name and we checked in at the same time. They asked for my ID and last name but didn't confirm the first name was correct and ended up giving my family her room and giving her our room. Not a big deal but they swapped it ok. I also asked the lady at check out not to say our room number out loud and one of them did but the other didn't during the swap so that was a small detail.

Liked: It was, surprisingly, VERY quiet at night.
Disliked: The clientele seemed a little loosey goosy, a guy was hanging out in the ice room on our floor and we had to tell the front desk. Things were not quite as they were presented online. Towel had a brown stain on it, etc.
