Nice venue; love Joe Bonamassa, seen him many times live. This performance was out of control loud which actually ruined our enjoyment of the music. Stood it as long as we could and left before performance was over - which really bummed me out. Also did not appreciate Joe using profanity when speaking between songs! Never seen him do this before - big disappointment - glad I did not have my kids with me who actually have been to some of his performances.

Liked: Great guitar playing; singing; great band.
Disliked: Way, way too loud - left early because the volume was unbearable.

Great sound; airy room; big lobby. Nice staff.

Liked: Organized and spacious.
Disliked: I had nothing to complain about.

The venue is beautiful and extremely clean. The individuals assisting were kind but not clear on directions to get to seating or if you are in a wheelchair, the best entry point. Parking is expensive but available.

Disliked: Yes. The fact our food from the restaurant had to be thrown out before entering. We were not aware of this policy and it should have been better communicated. Our parking was a number of blocks away and the show was ready to begin.

Liked: The show was great.
Disliked: The balcony was incredibly warm and uncomfortable.

We loved hearing Dr. Jane Goodall speak! The theatre was packed. It would have been nice to have more than one table selling merchandise after the talk as the line was very long and we couldn't wait.

Liked: Great program!
Disliked: It was chilly in the theatre.

The theatre is arbitrarily making rules about plastic purses, sizes etc. We were treated rudely as we attempted to go to Greg Gutfeld show. We saw the same thing happening to others. We thought Arizona was an open, reasonable state. Evidently this is not true. We were treated rudely. Never did get in to see it. Lost our money which we will dispute.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Nowhere on ticket prior to purchase did it say anything about plastic bags instead of purse. We were treated rudely as we tried to explain we were not aware of this. We were told to go back to our car. We did not come in a car. Four of us did not get in for Greg Gutfeld - the venue is evidently making a political statement.

Liked: Not a bad seat in the house. Sound system was very good.
Disliked: Seats are a bit too close together.

Eexcellent sight lines.

Liked: Fantastic show; high energy; great dancing!
Disliked: None.
