Liked: Clean, good location.
Disliked: No hot water. After a day walking around in the heat , no hot water for a shower. All staff had to say was “sorry, will let maintenance know.”

Liked: The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The Carcara restaurant employees need more training. The hostess was uninterested in her job, the waiter was SLOW and did not take our order...we gave it to a manager instead, and for the price, I expected more.

Liked: Location is ideally situated right in downtown Phoenix. The hotel is very clean. The gym and pool are great. The air-conditioning was amazing and kept the room at 67 degrees the entire time.
Disliked: Didn't like the $5 price on a can of soda.

My stay was excellent.

Liked: How clean and up to date the rooms was. The breakfast at the bar was convenient and affordable. I liked how close the hotel was to the convention center.
Disliked: I did not like the high prices in the shop. I expect prices to be higher due to convenience but not that high especially for phone charging cords.
