I'd stay again.

Liked: Great customer service - everyone is so welcoming. Clean; close to Comerica and restaurants.
Disliked: Toilet made the loudest flush noise, so it woke up everyone in the room.

Liked: Huge room, nice view, super kind and attentive staff. Great hotel. LOVED the water mist system at the terrace!
Disliked: The area is kinda corporate but there are still cool restaurants around.

Liked: The customer service here is awful. Overpriced rooms for poor hospitality. Do yourself a favor and stay at another property in the area for the same price with better value.

A nice space but the customer service let us down and won't have us running back

Liked: Nice outdoor seating area and overall liked the Suite - a good size and room flow
Disliked: Staff were not attentive, multiple requests made that had to be followed up multiple times. Errors made for payment at check in and at check out + an extra charge to my card with no explanation. The daily cleaning was good however overall needed more attention. Dirty glasswear delivered daily,
