I'd stay again.

Liked: Great customer service - everyone is so welcoming. Clean; close to Comerica and restaurants.
Disliked: Toilet made the loudest flush noise, so it woke up everyone in the room.

Liked: walkability, location, secure elevator, views, staff, bar drinks and food. valet was awesome!

what a lovely time we...

Liked: everybody was so nice and accommodating. The food was good. The drinks were good. The patio on the lower level as well as the rooftop. Pool were fantastic. I love that you had relatively cold water available while lounging by the pool.
Disliked: I have no complaints

Magnificent experience.

Liked: Customer service was top tier from my arrival until my departure. The food in the restaurant was tasty and cooked to perfection. I got an unexpected room upgrade and food & drink credit! If you’re in phoenix you must stay here!

Great value a must if...

Liked: Location location location we were on the 17th floor corner suite The view was absolutely magnificent sunlight and at night time the room was clean very nice large room the whole experience was great!
Disliked: If I had to pick something I didn't like it would be the size of the swimming pool but other than that everything was awesome!
