We enjoyed the fact that we could park near the hotel and walk to and from the venue. The lobby area of the hotel was very nice. The room, however, was disappointing. For $149+ one would not expect broken furniture i.e missing trim on TV console with nails sticking out; ripped fabric on platform of bed; low water pressure in bathroom, and the shower curtain needed to be replaced - worn, thin. Also, breakfast in the cafe was $42 for two people - eggs, bacon, toast, and coffee?

Liked: Walking distance to Comerica Theatre.
Disliked: Room in poor repair - needs to be updated.

Nice room; comfortable beds; quiet room; close to Chase Field and just perfect all around.

Disliked: Too pricey on the valet parking.

Hotel is great but we...

Liked: Wrong key was given to the room. Tried to enter with key and it won’t open. There was already people in the room. Security almost took my wife out of the area. I had already due reservation with months to not have issues. It tooks us longer than 30 minutes to get in the room back and forth.
