People were really nice. However, I was really turned off by soft drink servers always serving warm drinks with no ice. Surely you can afford an ice machine. Just a suggestion. Other than that it was a very nice casino. I can't wait for the hotel to open!
Liked: Wide open; well lit; very clean; very beautiful.
Disliked: Lady PA announcer was way too loud and I hated her voice. I also got my tire slashed in the parking lot. Your security staff should check for slashed tires and alert the owners on your PA system so that they can get it taken care of earlier than after midnight. Just a suggestion.

The location is very beautiful! I attended a concert and then I volunteered my dental skills for Mission of Mercy, both at the Santa Ana Star Casino Center. Everything was perfect!
