Very nice, perhaps a bit...
Liked: The facility was largely very new and nice.
Disliked: Access is a bit difficult, with all doors card reader equipped and a (very nice) after hours security guard. I suspect that urban street people are a significant issue.

Rude Staff, Fake Upgrade, Zero...
Liked: The only positive thing I can say about my stay at the Hilton was the location and Maria at checkout — she was absolutely wonderful. Super sweet, professional, and went above and beyond by offering us complimentary waters before we left. She was honestly the highlight of the whole experience.
Disliked: One of the worst Hilton experiences I’ve ever had.It started before I even arrived. They called me a few hours ahead, very rude, asking if I was still coming because they were “sold out.” I had booked through Booking.com with pay at property selected — so why they were trying to charge my card early made absolutely no sense. My card declined simply because I wasn’t even there yet to authorize payment, which stressed me out before even arriving. At 1 PM, I arrived to pay in person since they claimed there was an issue. The tall brunette woman at the front desk was cold, indifferent, and dismissive. I politely asked about my early check-in request (which I had submitted when I booked), and was met with a flat “No.” No effort to check, no empathy, just “No. It would be $3.” Honestly, that tone set the entire vibe for what was coming. At 3 PM, I returned for regular check-in like they told me to. Christopher was now at the front desk. This is when he made a loud, unnecessary scene: “Oh! We upgraded you!” Like I should’ve been thrilled. But this wasn’t an upgrade — they put me in a double queen ADA room, which I never booked, never requested, and absolutely didn’t want. Just because a room is physically bigger does not make it an upgrade. I specifically booked a king bed for a reason — especially since I was still recovering from surgery and needed proper rest. The ADA room was huge, yes — but poorly maintained:Terrible water pressureWater never even got hotCeiling fan light didn’t workCurtains didn’t fully closeTo make things worse, Christopher then tried to charge me again for the room — even though I had already paid when I arrived at 1 PM. When we asked for a manager, the same brunette who had charged my cared earlier at 1PM came out — and this interaction was disgusting. She acted like she was “checking” availability, clicking around on the screen pretending to be helpful, but clearly had no intention of doing anything.

Prices are getting way too...
Liked: The breakfast was fair. The rooms were great except the fan on the air conditioner got stuck a few times at night and squealed a lot. My husband had to get up a few times to speed the fan up.
Disliked: The breakfast. The fan in our room. We were always afraid if we got in after 8 that we would have to park in the dark, far away parking. The fact that I couldn’t cancel the last night because I had booked it thru booking .com
