Excellent hotel but surrounding areas...

Liked: A great hotel. Didn't expect a whole suite! It was huge & very well equipped, breakfast was good too
Disliked: Had to pay for parking at $12 per night. Lots of homeless hanging around taking drugs.

Our stay was fine but...

Liked: The receptionist was very nice. The room was clean and well equiped.
Disliked: There was only ONE person checking everyone in at 3 PM and there was a line out the door. Very bad scheduling. The next person was not coming on until 4 PM. Only ONE out of three elevators was working. Again, so many people trying to use it at the same time. There was a convention in town and you were not prepard for it. We only found this out when talking to the other people in the line to register. There was garbage everywhere from the homeless people on the street and sidewalk in front of the parking deck. It was not cleaned up when we left the next morning.
