Excellent facility all around.

Beautiful hotel

Liked: Beautiful stile throughout, comfortable room, nice rooftop restaurant and bar area, and nice pool area

Bad communication

Liked: The structure was very well kept and the location was nice. The rooms were spacious and pretty clean.
Disliked: We unfortunately had many issues during our stay:1. When we arrived, the manager told us that he would have upgraded our room to one with the terrace, but then when it actually came to check in time, his colleague didn't do so. We told the manager the next day, and he said he would have removed our facility fees due to the inconvenience.2. One night, the housekeeping forgot to make up our room. When we came back at 4pm, we called the reception, and a staff member told us that there was nothing they could do, and that someone could come to bring us towels, but we had do make our own bed and everything. I found that very upsetting, especially given the time and after we already had issues the day before with the upgrade . The staff (a different man from the manager) told us that, due to this, he would have removed the facility fees (again), however I said that the day before, they had already promised us the same thing.3. They ask for $35 fee per night for facilities, which they promised us to take off as we had all these issues, but when I asked them about it, nobody knew anything. There is zero communication amongst the staff and one person says something and the other does not know of it. We tried contacting the hotel to know about the facility fees that should have been removed, but nobody got back to us. We still have not received them, and probably never will. Overall, very disappointing communication and service, will not be back.

Superb

Liked: The front desk staff was very welcoming and always ready to assist. The barista was a hit with the coffee drinker in our group.
Disliked: The person who cleaned our room was not thorough. All the trash bins were not emptied, and toilet paper was not replenished. This was the only negative thing to say about the stay.

Exceptional stay in ABQ!

Liked: Dinner, location, staff and room was exceptionally clean. Gym was well equipped. Pool and hot tub were clean and big enough to accommodate Guests. Spa facility was beautiful. Hotel had 2 bars, an art gallery and several lobby shops that were wonderful. Business area to print boarding passes, etc, was large, well lit and efficient. Location across from Sawmill Food Hall is a definite plus, but the roof top restaurant was exceptionally good, with a view.
Disliked: Nothing. Stay an extra night if you can.
