Disliked: We were outraged to have been charged for the amenities fee when we were told the coffee in the room was complimentary. We did not use any other amenities in the hotel since we stayed only for one night. The host who checked us in at 11 pm never made us aware of any extra charges, but rather we were offered as much coffee and water as we would like for free. So we felt robbed and it was completely unfair to lead us to believe these amenities were free when there was a U$37 charged for simple machine-made coffee! Yes, U$37 for the in room machine coffee. We would have thought $380 would be money enough to include this "amenity". And there wasn’t any mention of this charge at the time of our reservation. Further more, someone from management called Nita T. who received our complaint by email didn't bother neither to follow up, nor to address me by my name. Just a "what hotel are you referring to?", and no more contact. I would avoid any Heritage hotel, because they are not attentive to what the staff is doing with their clients.
