Staff was fast and friendly. Price was good. Rooms were clean. Parking was kind of spooky.

Liked: Easy and fast location to the Santa Ana Star Casino and the freeway.
Disliked: Large group of construction workers sitting outside alongside their trucks drinking. Bathroom situation was just awful. Tiny and poorly lit. No light over open sink in the bedroom. Very steep stair case to second floor.

Comfortable and good value.

Liked: Check in was easy. Staff friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Room was old and tired. The bathroom door was stapled together. Not well sound-proofed though. Woke with every voice.
