Had a great time at the concert.

My wife and I had a great time at the scheduled concert.
Liked: Clean and safe (lots of visible police and security).
Disliked: More ticket scanning/security checkpoint stations are needed. It takes way too long standing in the cold, windy rain to get in the door upon arrival, even 45 minutes prior to the event start.

The city of Cleveland surpassed my expectations. The Quicken Loans Arena did too. Glad I used Fast track tickets. The process was simple and quick. The arena was clean and efficient. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Didn't quite understand why they kept my water bottle cap - the fans were averaging the ages of 50-60 and above. Ok, maybe we get too rowdy - you'll put an eye out LOL!
