Disliked: $25 parking.

Liked: Room was fairly clean and it was quiet.
Disliked: Our first room was already occupied. Everything was very expensive; not happy that they are the only place in town without a continental breakfast.

My teddy bear that I've had since I was 5 was left in the bed and I didn't realize until I got home. I've made several calls last night and today and though people were very nice on the phone, no one returned calls when they said they would (Justin) and actually left for the day before getting back to me. I did call back a fourth time after 6pm and spoke with Deedee the manager who was very helpful and at least started checking into the issue with me on the phone. Still haven't located it though and I am very upset at that. It is a VERY important part of my life and I want it back at any cost. I do not feel for the most part that my issue is being taken seriously.
Liked: No issues while there. Nice clean room and close to everything.
Disliked: Forgotten item still not located after numerous calls with no return.

All in all my stay was nice despite being brief. Although it's one thing to pay for a place to sleep but to pay to park on the property - $16.00 a day? Seems like double dipping to me. Perhaps it's the norm and I just don't travel enough to know any better.
Liked: The room was very clean and spacious. The King size bed was really nice.
Disliked: The only negative was that the shower was very slippery. Needs a bathmat of some kind.

Parking was terrible - $16 bucks. And trying to get in and out was a fiasco - the hotel didn't honor my Hilton Honors which was a bummer. And the hotel phone didn't work! Overall, I am just being picky - it was a nice stay.

I really think hotels shouldn't charge extra for parking. I enjoyed the stay. Everything was nice. Room keys were not programmed when we were given them. Had to have 2 of them programmed later.
Liked: Room very nice, staff really helpful and polite, nice pool and spa
Disliked: Very hard to get in and out of hotel parking areas

Everything about the visit was super! The hotel was fantastic. We loved the comfort of the room and the friendliness of the staff. It was great to feel so comfortable away from home and also to be able to stay so close to the field.
