It was a big crowd coming in but that’s to be expected for the big bands that were there. I loved how spacious it was once you were there and on the lawn (like we were). They had all kinds of options for food and drinks. Many photo opportunities there, which is always fun! The music could still be heard from our lawn seats, which was great! I love the big screens too so that we could see the bands. We had a great time and had fun dancing and singing!
Liked: The good parts were that the venue was so big and open and spacious. I love the lawn seats because you can still hear all the music but still be able to breathe lol.
Disliked: The prices of everything was pretty expensive. Like $7 for a can of Liquid Death. The alcohol was definitely more than that.

PNC Pavilion needs an upgrade. The bathrooms are disgusting and food choices gross. The worst part is the traffic snarls. It took us 2 hours to get there from the hotel (a 15 minute drive) and 2 hours to get back to the hotel. We arrived late for the concert and missed the first 2 songs of the playset. We left early and missed the last 2 songs trying to avoid the traffic rush and still it took 2 hours to get back.
Liked: The Dead.
Disliked: The traffic getting there and leaving.

Overall - beautiful venue, great sound, great food. I will be back.
Liked: Beautiful; sound was great.
Disliked: Unclear where to go for Uber pick up. Staff I asked didn't seem to know either.

The Santana show was phenomenal so I can't say anything but good things. The venue was great.
Liked: No issues. Fairly easy entry; excellent staff.

Liked: Felt safe; great video of the stage; great sound.
Disliked: The chairs do not have cup holders; stopped selling alcohol at 10:10 with no notice about this cut-off time; gravel parking lot is hard to walk in, especially in the dark.

Overall it was a great show and the PNC Pavilion is a great place to see a show.
Liked: The overall layout of the venue was beautiful; it was designed very well.
Disliked: There were two things that disappointed me. Apparently the venue has an eleven o'clock curfew, which is bizarre for a concert venue.
