Disliked: That the usual (what’s usual to me) breakfast choices weren’t available, it was very limited.

Liked: The hotel and room looked very nice
Disliked: Couldn't find vending machines or water fountains nearby, just ice machines. Had to go to the lobby just to get water. Staff was absent at night so took a bit to check in and get help. Also couldn't connect to the wifi despite entering the correct information.

Convenient and luxurious but expensive

Liked: Very new and modern, very clean, great location to UNCC.
Disliked: No extras like bottled water, water bottle refilling station, or coffee/tea in lobby like other hotels. We were parched coming back from dinner. Disappointed that Starbucks was not open Saturday am so we had to buy coffee (and breakfast) at hotel restaurant which was not what we really wanted. Very expensive for what we got.

Bad
