Great, and just what I...
Liked: The room was perfect for my situation, clean with a comfortable bed and peaceful environment. The entrance and lobby made my welcome feel like royalty.
Disliked: I couldn’t stay long enough to enjoy the amenities

Liked: The hotel was off a quiet road on the campus. Also had its own parking garage.
Disliked: The female bartender Sunday night was friendly but took 30-40 minutes to make a drink.

Could have been better.
Liked: I had to take up and down my own luggage. At a full service hotel (400 a night) I expect some valet service. And leaving I couldn't even get a cart. We had to carry all the luggage and paraphernalia from my daughter graduation. Gifts, flowers ect. I asked for help but I couldn't get any especially from the valets. They said people get the carts in the early morning during breakfast and keep them in the rooms. Well, I wouldn't allow that. Easy fix: check out the cart with a valet, give room number and in 30 minutes if its not returned there is a fee. Or call the guest in the room to return it. How about get more carts for busy days. There are so many solutions but no, staff is aware of the issue and says okay we'll just let them do it. I was really pissed, when one guy grabbed 2 for himself and said oh well. NOT EXCEPTABLE!!I I also noticed that when people were loading and unloading 2 of the valets were just standing by the podium talking to each other. Are they not supposed to help??To boot I just saw my bill, which was emailed to me, there was a 75 dollar fee I hope will be returned. They did say that would happen. The other is 151.55 which I hope is the dinner at the Golden Owl Tavern. Both charges say Marriott Hotel. There is no way to tell which is which on my Discover Card? Thank you for your time. Disliked: Sorry opposite paragraphs. The lobby was grand. The Tavern was okay, but service at the bar was great.
