I signed up for free card. Won points and then won $25.00 free play and then free room and credits on my next visit. I won some money and had a nice time. Look forward to my September visit for my birthday.

Liked: Parking was close by. Friendly workers. Free Signing up for Player's Card.
Disliked: Drinks were overpriced.

l Not impressed. It?s no longer Dover Downs, it?s Ballys. Many casinos are going smoke free, or have smoking areas this one does not, it smells, and needs a better ventilation system. Gaming tables...

l Not sure what has happened to Dover - Ballys but it has really gone down hill. No room / maid service, pool is always closed, no entertainment, no music. food places are over priced & not all that...
