Price and location was good for me to go to the Casino and visit the mall. I will come back again in September for my birthday and will be in the right place.

Liked: Room was great. Having breakfast free for two days was good - good on my wallet and prevented me eating at McDonalds.

Disappointing

Disliked: I found two unnecessary charges on my debit card. When I spoke to the gentleman at the front desk about it he explained to me that I was somehow double booked which still didn’t make since because I only booked one room that I was presently staying in. I seen the 50 dollar charge for incidentals on my account which was from May 9, the next day I checked my account again which was Saturday May 10 I had another charge of 140.92 cents on my account. On Sunday when I checked out on May 11 it was another 50 dollar charge on my account that shouldn’t been on my account! The gentleman at that front desk was not pleasant with me when I addressed him about the unnecessary charges on my account. I explained to him that I had spoken with the other front desk agent and he admitted to over booking me he wanted to argue with me about it instead of trying to resolve the issue for me! The unnecessary pending charges that were added to my account finally came off of my account on May 14. I will never stay at this hotel again, because no one should be adding unnecessary charges to someone’s account and you also need to hire someone more suitable, knowledgeable, professional and customer friendly when assisting guest at your hotel!

Disliked: They charge you hours before check in, which isn’t stated anywhere. Also the room had hair all over and dirty panties on the floor by the bed.

Liked: Good location- the facilities are clean , modern and clean.
Disliked: Our room was not cleaned during our stay, Not enough towels. People were loud after hours.

Liked: We loved everything about this property. Excellent Staff and location. Very clean and comfortable. Great value and close to everything. Looking forward to staying again!
