Hot Showers, Cool Casino, and...

Liked: The room was pretty clean, and the hot water was fantastic—no complaints there. The location is great, super close to Dover Downs Casino. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, and they offered free breakfast (which I unfortunately missed, but still a nice perk!).
Disliked: As someone who’s worked as a housekeeper, motel cleaner, janitor at Perdue, and in sanitation with PSSI—let’s just say I know a thing or two about clean. So trust me when I say: someone forgot about dusting. It wasn’t gross, just noticeably overlooked.Also, the hotel’s a little dated—one hallway had big The Shining vibes (I kept looking over my shoulder). The guy at the front desk seemed annoyed to even be checking me in, which didn’t exactly scream hospitality. And the pool? There, but off-limits for the season—womp womp.

Liked: The staff was professional and polite & the room was clean & neat.
Disliked: Some areas of the building could stand upgrading and the tub is dark on the bottom needs whitening. I don't know if this is the case for all rooms.

Liked: Room was clean. Checking out experience was great. She was more helpful on my way out the door than the guy that checked me in.
Disliked: Hotel had a distinct smell throughout building. I dont expect a hug and kiss when checking but he was not very welcoming. Did not tell me about the morning breakfast. Additionly, there was only two ice machines for the four floors of the hotel. Both of the ice machines were inoperative. I would have expected a better experience considering what i paid
