Liked: Good location, clean facility
Disliked: The pool was closed and when we booked there was no indication that would be the case. We booked this hotel for the pool so my kids could swim.

Liked: The room was nice and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and informative.
Disliked: The dinner buffet is no longer available. The indoor swimming pool and whirlpool was under renovation.

I would absolutely stay again
Liked: Very friendly staff, large rooms with comfortable beds. The coffee in the room wasn't great but the coffee at the grab and go spot was great. We also at breakfast at the sugar factory and it was not only yummy but a great portion size. Wait staff was amazing.
Disliked: Parking was an issue at times, which placed me much further away from the hotel.

Liked: I like the PRICE and that the staff was accommodating. Also love the room and bathroom sizes
Disliked: Definitely dated, could use some upgrades but that would mean them increasing the price!

Liked: It was very quiet and I prefer that when I’m sleeping in a hotel.
Disliked: The beds were way too soft for me, but that’s a personal choice.
