Disappointing

Liked: The price. The guy who checked us out was friendly. Struggling to think of anything else.
Disliked: Where to begin. The room needed some serious TLC (especially the bathroom). We had a dog with us and we were given one of the worst rooms. It was facing the street which was very loud from the traffic. Not much soundproofing from upstairs either. The bed was loud and not very comfortable.

Disliked: I have a sensitivity to fragrances and the over use of fresheners made my stay very uncomfortable

Liked: Room was clean and was able to check in early.
Disliked: Complimentary breakfast was very sparse.

Liked: Available room on road trip
Disliked: the bath tub was chipped so we couldn’t bath the child. The walls were thin so you could make out the conversation of the neighboring room that were speaking at a normal speaking volume. Any movement on the floor above us was amplified due to a poorly insulated ceiling. The stairwell from the first to the second floor had haphazard repair and a faint smell of urine and smoke. Continental breakfast had undrinkable lukewarm coffee and a dismal selection.
