The venue was nice; great seats in the box section.

We have always been told that Bostonians and New Englanders in general were reserved and not too friendly. We found this to be totally untrue. Love your city and the people were beautiful.

Liked: The best venue in the world! Perfect view and so intimate a place to see our favorite view. No more stadium concerts for me!
Disliked: The weather was cold and drizzling but to Texans tired of 100 degree weather, this was a welcomed change.

A great venue for a concert. We ate in the restaurant and the food was amazing!

First concert at this venue. Were concerned after reading reviews by other concert goers' negative comments, but our experience was great. Staff was efficient and professional, in both the restaurant and at the door. We were there the night they re-opened after the tragic drug overdose, so expected security to be tight. Went through full-body pat-downs, had bags checked and had to empty pockets, but it was handled well - not overbearing at all. Liked that there are bars on both sides of each floor, as well as spacious restrooms. Only annoyance was we had balcony seats and people slowly drifted upstairs and hung around when they clearly did not belong there. However, the staff did make a few rounds to check tickets and removed those who hadn't purchased balcony seats. It would be good if there was a way to handle that situation so staff does not have to constantly police it. The concert was amazing - we had a great time and would definitely go back. Only for reggae, though!
