Mary, Vermontville, visiting House of Blues Boston Wed, 13 June 2018

The hotel was nice. It's very clean; the staff is friendly. Great location - maybe that's why the price is so high. Valet Parking is an additional charge $39, yikes.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Price.

Good - 3.5 out of 5

Verified Hotel Guest Fri, 31 July 2020

Liked: The guy at the front desk was great. Really nice, good service. They were able to check us in early which was nice since we took a red eye. It was cool they had turntables and records you could borrow from the lobby.
Disliked: They were supposed to be limiting the # of people in the pool area because of Covid but it was totally packed with groups who monopolized the area, Sometimes with 20+ people packed in a relatively small space. It did not feel safe for Covid-19.

Very Good - 4 out of 5

Verified Hotel Guest Fri, 24 July 2020

Liked: The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location and layout of the hotel is very good.
Disliked: The room was a little dingy. The duvet was in between to sheets that didn't close. Is the duvet washed every stay? The pillows were all down, not comfy. And the ceiling was gross. Lots of dark spots.

Poor - 1.5 out of 5

Verified Hotel Guest Thu, 25 June 2020

Liked: The aesthetics were pretty cool.
Disliked: The ac was broken most of the days I stayed. The last day I was transferred to another room, but I still ended up checking out early because I was already over the experience.

Exceptional - 4.8 out of 5

Claire Sun, 22 March 2020

Exceptional

Liked: Fabulous property, loved the record player in each room and able to pick up what we wanted in the way of records. Staff were outstanding. Great location near Fenway Park although it?s a bit further out of the centre of Boston so depends what you?re after. Great heated pool, and a fabulous restaurant on site.
Disliked: If I was being really picky it?s that it?s a 2 level place with no lift so you either have the ground floor (we overlooked car park) or carry stuff up to first floor. But that?s about the only thing I can say
