We were on first row of balcony - will not ever go to a program there again if I have to sit in the balcony. Couldn't hear the singer's commentary and yes I have good hearing - was willing to pay for floor seats but told they sold out. Apparently there were several people that didn't show up because it was far from full. Have set on the floor level before without any hearing issues.
Liked: The performance of Kristen Chenoweth.
Disliked: The acoustics in the balcony.
