Liked: Room was very well maintained. No negative comments.
Disliked: The only minor situation was at check-in there was a situation with the person ahead of us. The clerk stated to her that her resevation wasn't showing up on the computer. We had to wait about 10 minutes. I thought maybe another clerk could have been paged to assist us instead of having to wait.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The Pinnacle Bank Arena was only a couple of very short blocks away. Perfect location if you are going to a concert there!

Liked: Room, lounge, outside sitting area all very nice.
Disliked: Food at Bistro was undercooked and overpriced for microwave fare.
