Though this is a beautiful...

Liked: This is a beautiful hotel well situated close to down on the lake.
Disliked: Sadly, our room was really noisy. The room was on the side of the Lamar Avenue side of the hotel, which is a very busy street.

Wonderful and tranquil spot for...

Liked: Beautiful new property situated south of the river/downtown Austin. Cool vibe and excellent massage staff.
Disliked: It was a bit difficult to navigate to the property and the breakfast options need to be a bit expanded. Otherwise, stay was perfect.

Liked: Lunch and Dinner were excellent!
Disliked: I recommend a house vehicle for local transport to restaurants and close venues within a few miles of the hotel. It would be a classy amenity for a hotel at this price category.
